Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer under Turkish distance-selling regulations.
Seller Details
Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer on the Colrise Studio website, and the related rights and obligations.
Product & Payment
Product details, price (VAT included), shipping cost and payment method appear in the order summary and at checkout. Payments are collected via iyzico.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer, subject to stock and courier timelines. Estimated timing is shown at checkout.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without reason or penalty. Withdrawal follows the process in our Cancellation & Returns policy.
Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
