Cancellation & Returns

Under Turkish consumer law, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and return the product.

1. Email colrisestudio@gmail.com with your order number and return request.

2. Send the unused item in its original packaging with the invoice to the address we provide.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund.

Within 14 days of a valid withdrawal, the product price is refunded via the original payment method (through iyzico).

Unless stated otherwise, return shipping for withdrawals is paid by the buyer. If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

Items opened for hygiene reasons (e.g. intimate apparel) and other exceptions under distance-selling regulations are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
